Chicago Playground Legends, Inc. was formed in 2015 to address the pressing issues in communities affected by gun violence. We are a nonprofit organization that focuses on school improvement, public safety, and economic development. We have organized the Chicago Basketball Players Reunion, a National event that brings together current and former basketball athletes from Chicago and Northwest Indiana, promoting social responsibility and community service. We also run periodic initiatives like the Chicago Playground Legend - Student Athlete Leadership Institute, which mentors and supports young athletes in their commitment to community service.
